研究提示，奥硝唑相关暴露可能通过破坏MAMs稳态、诱导线粒体钙超载和氧化应激，影响精母细胞功能和生精过程。DHA可通过调控PPARγ依赖的内质网—线粒体通讯，缓解奥硝唑诱导的生精功能损伤。
