同年，英矽智能与哈佛医学院 Vadim N. Gladyshev 实验室合作，进一步推出Precious3GPT。作为真正的多模态 Transformer，该模型整合文本、表格与知识图谱表征，覆盖小鼠、大鼠、猴与人类四大物种，以及转录组、甲基化与蛋白质组三大组学维度，能够在一套统一框架下完成跨物种年龄预测、靶点发现、疾病/组织/性别分类及化合物敏感性预测等多重任务；其合成数据生成以"生物学年龄"作为条件输入之一，使生成的组学数据携带年龄与时间标签。
