Hydrogels constructed from different components support the differential growth of colorectal cancer cell models in 3D tumoroids, more closely mimicking human tumors. The images were captured using an epifluorescent microscope at 20x magnification. Cell nuclei are stained blue with DAPI, while cytoskeletal actin is stained green with phalloidin.
