Left: Turbulence generated in the plasma stays in the same place. A large heat load is locally applied to the heat-receiving plate. Right: Magnetic field fluctuation occurs and turbulence propagates in the plasma. The heat flux is spread over a wide area of the heat-receiving plate and the peak heat load decreases.
