Characterization of anticoagulant fibers.

On the basis of the models, the distances between the aptamers in each structure were estimated (Table S1). (b) Root-mean-square fluctuation (RMSF) of NU, RA, and NU/RA fibers and (c) modeled interactions of NU fiber and thrombin. The numbered residues indicate where the interactions occur.
