Warm congratulations to Dr. Neta Nadiv, a faculty member at Reichman University’s Harry Radzyner Law School, on her selection to the Israel Academy of Sciences and Humanities’ Young Scholars Forum in the Humanities and Social Sciences for the 2025-2026 academic year. This impressive achievement is a recognition of Dr. Nadiv’s status as an outstanding researcher and young leader in Israel’s legal and social arena.

The forum brings together a select group of outstanding young researchers from various academic institutions in Israel, with the aim of creating an active and dynamic research community. Its activities provide a platform for shared intellectual exchange, the initiation of interdisciplinary collaborations, and the strengthening of academic and social ties. The forum is convened under the supervision of Academy Member Prof. Muhammad Haj Yahia of the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, and plays an important role in deepening academic dialogue in the humanities and social sciences in Israel.

Dr. Nadiv holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in law from Reichman University, an additional master’s degree (with thesis) from Tel Aviv University, and a Ph.D. from Bar-Ilan University. Her academic experience includes extended periods as a visiting scholar at Boston University and as a postdoctoral fellow at both Oxford University and the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.

On top of her achievements in research, Dr. Nadiv is actively involved in the local public and academic spheres. For the past two years, she has served as a board member of the Israeli Association of Public Law, while at Reichman University, in addition to her teaching and research roles, she serves as the academic director of the Honors Program and heads the law school’s experiential-learning division.

Dr. Nadiv's research focuses on two principal areas — public law and labor law — with a particular emphasis on debt enforcement and insolvency. Her work combines theoretical analysis with an empirical evaluation of the efficiency of legal proceedings and case outcomes, shedding light on how the law functions in real social and economic contexts.

Her selection to the Young Scholars Forum further underscores her prominent standing in the academic community and her significant potential to continue shaping the future of public law.
