Schematic Diagram of circTP63-N Suppressing Malignant Phenotypes of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma (IMAGE)
Caption
The circular RNA circTP63-N directly interacts with the HSP90AB1 protein, facilitating the recruitment and activation of LATS1/2 kinases, which induce YAP1 phosphorylation and ubiquitination-mediated degradation, thereby preventing its nuclear translocation. This process inhibits YAP1-mediated transcriptional activation of downstream target genes (INHBA, MMP3, and CCNE2), ultimately suppressing the proliferation, invasion, and metastasis of nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.
