Interlayer Adaptive Crystal Enables Low-Pressure CO₂ Capture (IMAGE)
Caption
A perfluorinated Zn(II) coordination crystal forms layered structures with ultramicropores that act as electrostatic triggers for guest-induced expansion. The adaptive interlayer space enables uptake of CO₂, N₂, CH₄, and benzene, including CO₂ uptake at very low pressures.
