青藏高原东南缘东南向挤出逃逸最北边界在哪?

青藏高原东南缘南部普遍被认为自晚始新世以来经历了显著的东南向挤出逃逸，但近年来的古地磁研究显示，其北部可能存在北向运动，然而该运动的幅度与时限仍存在争议。对青藏高原东南缘中部德钦地区始新世东旺组红层的古地磁研究表明，该地区在始新世位于34.4°N，相对欧亚大陆未发生显著纬向位移。综合区域构造地质和古地磁资料，高原东南缘自晚始新世以来存在南北向差异运动：南部经历显著东南向逃逸，北部仅发生有限北向位移，而中部的德钦地区构成这一挤出逃逸的最北边界，整体运动可能以该区域为中心顺时针旋转实现。

肠道菌源酶削弱保护性肠道信号并加重结肠炎

研究人员发现，普通拟杆菌来源的DPP4（BvDPP4）可失活参与维持肠屏障的GLP-2，并在临床前模型中加重结肠炎。天然产物筛选进一步鉴定出可抑制BvDPP4的茶黄素，并缓解其疾病促进作用，为进一步研究这一菌源酶-宿主信号通路提供了依据。
