PD-(L)1阻害薬治療後に病勢進行した転移性扁平上皮非小細胞肺癌（NSCLC）患者において、治験中の抗CTLA-4抗体gotistobartによる全生存期間中央値は18.5カ月で、ドセタキセル投与患者の10.0カ月を上回ったことが、PRESERVE-003第3相試験Stage 1の最新解析で示されました。 この結果は、韓国・ソウルで開催された国際肺癌学会（IASLC）2026年世界肺癌学会議（WCLC）で本日発表されました。
